What are the postage/shipping fees?

A1: We will calculate the postage according to your region, cargo and mode of transportation.

Can I change my delivery address?

A3: In the case of an urgent change for existing orders, please contact us(info@sublivagroup.com), and if possible, include your new address in the message.

Do you give any discount ?

Yes, we are looking for long term business cooperation.  We will always offer customers the reasonable price based on the right solution.

What After-sales service can you offer ?

We provide after-sales service team, all problems and questions will be resolved by our after-sales service team.

What products do you have?

Our product line covers barware, kitchenware and glassware. With 5000+ products available, we are your one stop shop for catering supplies.

Can you do customization?

Most of our stainless steel products support customization.  The MOQ for customization is 500-1000 pcs, depends on client’s requirements.

What kind of certificates do you have?

We have 30 & 31 LFGB & CM/Res(2013)9 test reports, Regulation EC No.1935/2004, EU Nr. 10/2011, and also lots of design patents.

How is your product quality?

As a company with 20 years industry experience, we paid a lot effort to ensure high quality, including but not limited to:

Using food grade 304 stainless steel as material;

30 & 31 LFGB & CM/Res(2013)9 test certified;

Stationary QC staff in plating factory for 100% inspection;

Inspection reports available for every batch of product.

Do you have showroom?

Yes. We have 3 branches, headquater in Baiyun district, showroom and branch in Tianhe district, and showroom in Reading, UK.
